ABOUT THE ORGANIZER
Vakeel Sahab Pro is an online Indian legal Portal founded in the year 2020, envisioned to empower the Lawyer’s creed. Law is like an ocean the deeper you go, the more you realise its depth. We aim to enhance your legal knowledge and skills not only by providing a learning platform but to make use of law in forming your opinions and raising your arguments.
Our startup strives to bring innovative legal events and programs for participants who are willing to stand apart from the crowd and realise their potential in uncommon ways. Being part of the legal world is about adding value to your personality and professional development. We always try to achieve what is fruitful for your Curriculum Vitae as well as self fulfillment. The usual bars to learning surrounded by orthodox methods leave no space for growth. Thus our mission should be to break the four walls of customary learning and think out of the box ways to advance our growth.
ABOUT THIS MOOT COURT COMPETITION
Vakeel Sahab Pro is organising this moot with the aim to provide the opportunities to gain experience in advocacy and show the talent of their arguments. Through this a student will get a chance to test the knowledge, research aptitude and application of the law by the participants in the field of laws regarding different laws and provisions. Till now no institution or organization has given the matrimonial case but this time we are here with the new and innovative theme so that anyone can think and prepare.
ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open for students pursuing three year LLB / five year integrated law course / LLM students.
TEAM
Each team should consists of a minimum of 2 and maximum of 3 members.
Students can be from different institutions in a single team.
Six teams from one college can participate BUT in this moot competition you will not get team of your college as a opposition.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE –
Registration Fee: Rs 449 only (Four hundred forty nine rupees).

No change in the team composition shall be permitted unless if there is any special or emergency act.

1st runner up prize – 2000rs + Certificate of Excellence
2nd runner up prize – Trophy + Certificate of Excellence
Best memorial – Medal + Certificate of Excellence
Best speaker – 1 free publication + Certificate of Excellence
Hard Copy of Participation Certificates for everyone who will participate in first round and will submit memorial.
The organiser decision as regards the interpretation of rules or any other matter related to the competition shall be final and binding.
