The 2nd All India Moot Court Competition 2022, on the theme of Constitutional Law, will be conducted on March 26 and 27, 2022, at the GNLC Indore.

Details :- From March 26th to 27th, 2022, there will be a COURT COMPETITION. This Moot Court Competition aims to provide exposure to students studying law at several top schools and universities across India.  The tournament aims to increase interaction between students from different national and international institutions and universities. The goal of this competition is to provide real-world experience and training in advocacy abilities by allowing participants to make persuasive and cohesive arguments while also allowing them to explore the technicalities of research in the relevant area of law.

Eligibility :- Students enrolled in three-year LL.B. or five-year integrated LL.B. programmes at any Bar Council of India-accredited law college, institution, or university.

Each university or college will be allowed to send just one team to compete. On a first-come, first-served basis, only sixteen teams will be accepted.

Composition of the Team :-

Each team might have two (2) or three (3) members. When there are two (2) members, both of them are classified as Speakers, and one of them is also identified as a Researcher. Two members of a three-person team will be labelled as Speakers, while the third will be designated as a Researcher.

How to Register :-

Before the deadline, teams must email a SCANNED COPY of their registration and travel forms, as well as a receipt of their online payment, to aimccgnlc@gmail.com.

A team’s registration fee will be Rs. 4,200. Payment will be made via GOOGLE PAY OR PHONEPE using the UPI METHOD.

Awards and Prizes :-

  • Winning Team: ₹25,000, Trophy and Certificate of Merit
  • Runner Up Team: ₹15,000, Trophy and Certificate of Merit
  • Best Memorial: ₹9,000, Medal and Certificate of Merit and Second Best Memorial shall be awarded with Certificate of Appreciation
  • Best Speaker (Speakers from both the sides): ₹ 7,000 each, Medal and Certificate of Merit and Second Best Speaker shall be awarded with Certificate of Appreciation. (Best speakers shall be determined on the basis of preliminary rounds)
  • Best Researcher: ₹ 7,000, Medal and  Certificate of Merit and Second Best Researcher shall be awarded with Certificate of Appreciation. (Best researcher shall be determined on the basis of the Researcher Test)
  • All participants shall be given the Certificate of Participation
