Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi and the leader of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), on Tuesday announced a nationwide initiative to elevate India to the top spot in the globe and invited all individuals and political groups to join.
To accomplish this, he continued, affordable healthcare and education for all residents are necessary, as are jobs for young people, equal rights and respect for women, and fair prices for farmers’ produce.
As part of the aim to “Make India No. 1,” Mr. Kejriwal said he will travel the nation to inspire people to get involved and help the effort reach its goals.
He said that the mission is nonpartisan.
“This is a national goal; it is not the goal of a single party. I urge the BJP and all other parties to join this endeavour to elevate India to the top spot in the globe “added the chief minister.
Many nations, including Singapore, attained independence after India but before us. Mr. Kejriwal questioned why India is falling behind while Indians are the “most intellectual and diligent people in the world.”
