Gujarat Maritime University invites online applications from eligible candidates for admission to the Master in Law (LL.M.), and Executive Diploma Programme (EDP) for the Academic Session – 2022.
1. LL.M. Programme:
The one-year LL.M. Programme is being offered by the Centre for Post Graduate Legal Studies, Gujarat Maritime University as per UGC Guidelines for Introduction of one-year LL.M degree Programme, 2012. The LL.M Programme is being offered with two specializations namely Maritime Law and International Trade Law
1.1. Eligibility:
The candidate must hold an LLB/Equivalent Degree in law from a recognized University with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in case of general category or 45% marks or equivalent CGPA in the case of SC/ST category candidates.Candidates appearing for the final year qualifying examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results may also apply. If selected, such candidates will be allowed to join the programme provisionally, subject to completion of all the requirements and fulfilment of eligibility criteria in due course of time.
