IP Trademark Clinic with one of its missions of spreading awareness and promoting knowledge in the field of Intellectual Property Law and Practice in aspiring law students and IP enthusiasts has come up with its first mentoring session which will be a two-day online workshop focusing on some practical aspects of Trade Marks Law Practice. This workshop will be covering some preliminary aspects such as:
(a) How to conduct a Trade Mark Search? How to make a Trade Mark Search Opinion Report?
(b) How can one draft and file a basic trade mark application?
(c) How to draft a reply to objections in the Examination Report from the TM Registry? How to prepare for a Show-Cause Hearing before the registry?
The Workshop’s mentoring session will be conducted by Adv. Robin Vincent, Trade Marks Attorney.
