NDTV shares reach the upper circuitlimit after the fifth day of gains.

On Wednesday, NDTV’s stock gained ground for a fifth straight day, rising an additional 5% to reach the
day’s highest trading limit. As the Adani Group approached taking over the television network, NDTV
founders Prannoy Roy and his wife Radhika Roy resigned from their positions as directors of promoter
group vehicle RRPR Holding Private Limited.
The stock has risen 24.74 percent in the last five days. RRPR, which the Adani Group purchased, owned a
29.18% interest in the news network.
However, the Roys haven’t left the news channel’s board and continue to own a 32.26 percent interest
in NDTV as promoters.
The two have resigned with immediate effect from their positions as directors on the board of RRPR
Holding Private Limited (RRPRH), according to a stock exchange filing made late on Tuesday by New
Delhi Television Ltd.
Radhika Roy serves as an executive director, and Prannoy Roy serves as the organization’s chair.
According to NDTV, Sudipta Bhattacharya, Sanjay Pugalia, and Senthil Sinniah Chengalvarayan have been
appointed as directors on the board of RRPR Holding with immediate effect.
