Head of Strategy and M&A at Hero MotoCorp steps down.

Malo Le Masson, Head of Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Global Product Planning, resigned on Friday to pursue possibilities outside the firm, according to Hero MotoCorp, the largest two-wheeler manufacturer in the nation.

Le Masson spent more than six years working for Hero MotoCorp, and he will remain there until the end of this month.

Following this, Chief Financial Officer Niranjan Gupta has been given additional responsibility for the company’s strategy, mergers, and acquisitions, while Executive Director Vikram Kasbekar will serve as interim charge of the crucial task of global product planning, according to a statement from Hero MotoCorp
