The Biden Administration is trying to address the “high demand of these visa services,” the White House said on Thursday and is aware of the long waits for visa appointments in India.
At her daily news conference, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre assured reporters that the Biden administration was aware of the problems.
She was responding to a query regarding the excruciatingly lengthy visa appointment wait, which at the moment exceeds 1,000 days, at the American missions in India.
