Dec 2022 wholesale sales for Maruti Suzuki India decreased by 9%.

According to a statement released by Maruti Suzuki India on Sunday, the company’s overall wholesale sales decreased by about 9% in December 2022 to 1,39,347 units from the same month the previous year.

The results show that sales of mini cars like the Alto and S-Presso decreased from 16,320 units in the same month last year to 9,765 units this month.

Similar to that, the company reported reduced sales of compact cars, including the Baleno, Celerio, Dzire, Ignis, Swift, Tour S, and WagonR, with 57,502 units compared to 69,345 units in December 2021.
