The MP government awards contracts to L&T Construction for the water and effluent treatment industry.

Engineering and construction powerhouse Larsen & Toubro (L&T) announced on Tuesday that the Government of Madhya Pradesh has placed additional orders for its Water & Effluent Treatment Business.

The business stated in a statement that it has been given the go-ahead to carry out two lift irrigation projects to irrigate 2,05,000 Ha of culturable command area comprising more than five hundred villages in the Dewas & Dhar districts of the state of Madhya Pradesh.

The scope includes distribution network construction, pump house construction, rising and gravity main laying, survey, design, engineering, procurement, and SCADA for managing and regulating the complete system.
