Godrej Properties said on Thursday that 870 units in its Ahmedabad, Gujarat, housing project had been sold for a total of 435 crore.

According to a regulatory filing, Godrej Properties announced that it has sold more than 1 million square feet of space at the beginning of a new phase of its project “Celeste,” which is a township called Godrej Garden City.

Celeste, which spans around 2.3 hectares, comprises 8 buildings and provides residences and shops in a variety of layouts.
