In response to an incident where a passenger urinated over a fellow passenger on November 26, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) issues a show-cause notice to Air India.
The Mumbai entrepreneur who allegedly urinates on a female passenger on a New York-Delhi flight in November was not reported to law enforcement by Tata Group-owned Air India’s staff earlier that day because the offended woman “rejected” an initial request for action after the two “appeared” to have settled the matter.
According to people with full knowledge of the situation, Air India responded to the DGCA’s January 4 notice on Thursday by describing the event that took place on board the AI 102 flight on November 26, 2022.
