2nd ODI between India and Sri Lanka: Kuldeep, and Siraj help India dismiss Sri Lanka for 215

Thursday’s second ODI at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata saw India thrash Sri Lanka for 215 after opener Nuwanidu Fernando produced a half-century on his debut.

When Sri Lankan batters decided to bat, Indian bowlers spearheaded by Kuldeep Yadav destroyed them. In substitute for Yuzvendra Chahal, the left-arm spinner took three wickets while conceding 51 runs.

Five wickets were shared by fast bowler Mohammed Siraj (3/30) and Umran Malik (2/48) as Sri Lanka’s innings were over in 39.4 overs.
