Govind Iyer  appointed by Infosys as an independent director for five years.

On Thursday, the world’s largest IT business, Infosys Ltd, announced the appointment of Govind Vaidiram Iyer as a new, independent director.

Beginning on January 12, 2023, the appointment will take effect. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Infosys Board recommended this appointment, which is for a five-year term.

At Egon Zehnder, Govind Vaidiram Iyer retired as a Partner (a Global leadership advisory Firm). He had previously worked for Heinz, Coca-Cola, and Procter & Gamble. Govind is an active University of Pennsylvania graduate and has served on the advisory board for Wharton Executive Education.
