Reliance plans to issue non-convertible debentures to raise 20,000 crore rupees



Reliance Industries (RIL), which is funded by billionaire Mukesh Ambani, released its financial results on Friday (Q3FY23). The board of directors of RIL has also given the go-ahead for non-convertible debentures to raise 20,000 crore.
These NCDs will be sold in a private placement and in one or more tranches.
RIL spent around $4.5 billion on capital projects during the three months that ended on December 31, 2022.
