51% of Saddles International to be purchased by Samvardhana Motherson for 207 crore.

Samvardhana Motherson Worldwide Ltd, formerly known as Motherson Sumi Programs Restricted, announced that it would pay 207 crores for a 51% ownership in Saddles Worldwide Automotive and Aviation Interiors Pvt Ltd.
According to a change submission, the companies intend to complete the acquisition within three to four months following the deal’s signing.
Changes for debt, debt-like objects, and dealing capital must be taken into account when calculating the enterprise value.
