Arun Kohli is appointed by Morgan Stanley as the new country head for India.



Sanjay Shah, a 26-year company veteran, announced his retirement and was replaced as the CEO of India by Arun Kohli, who was appointed by Morgan Stanley.
Kohli, who is now the EMEA chief operating officer, will be in charge of the US bank’s operations in the nation, according to a memo obtained by Bloomberg News.
From London, where he oversaw the company’s post-Brexit strategy and developed growth strategies across markets in the area, Kohli, who has been with the bank since 2007, will transfer to Mumbai.
