The capital of Andhra Pradesh will soon move to Visakhapatnam, according to Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. The statement gains weight in light of a Supreme Court case that is now on the docket.
He spoke on Tuesday in New Delhi at a kickoff event for the Global Investors Summit, which will be held in Visakhapatnam in March.
The statement made by Mr. Jagan is made in light of the case that is currently before the Supreme Court. On Tuesday, the Supreme Court is scheduled to hear the case.
