The Maharashtra government informed the Supreme Court that it is contemplating a new program for the state’s bike-taxi aggregators.
On Tuesday, the Supreme Court declined to grant Rapido relief from the Maharashtra government’s prohibition on bike aggregators. Rapido’s activities in Maharashtra have halted, therefore the highest court referred the company back to the Bombay High Court with instructions that it might challenge the Maharashtra committee in charge of creating the legal framework.
