South African Craig Fulton has been named the new head coach of the Indian men’s hockey team by Hockey India. Graham Reid, who resigned in January 2023 following India’s disappointing performance in the World Cup, will be replaced by Craig Fulton.
Dilip Tirkey, the president of Hockey India, stated that Craig Fulton has extensive coaching expertise and that his work ethic inspires confidence in improving the team’s success in international hockey. With 195 caps for South Africa over a 10-year period, Craig Fulton has approximately 25 years of coaching experience. He also took part in the Olympics in Atlanta and Athens.
