Krishna Bodanapu has been named as Cyient’s executive vice chairman and MD.

On Monday, Cyient, an Indian technology and information company, announced a change in its top management. According to an exchange filing, Karthikeyan Natarajan will continue as Cyient Ltd.’s CEO and Executive Director while Krishna Bodanapu has been named the company’s new Executive Vice Chairman and Managing Director.
Prabhakar Atla has been named as the CFO designate and will take over the position on April 20, 2023, replacing Ajay Aggarwal as CFO of Cyient Limited. Atla will report directly to the CEO in that capacity. Cyient DLM’s CEO has been named as Anthony Montalbano. Krishna Bodanapu will be the CEO of Cyient Ltd and Cyient DLM.
Karthik Natarajan’s hiring was discussed by Krishna Bodanapu, Executive Vice Chairman & MD of Cyient. “Karthik has guided Cyient in its transformation into a technology solutions company over the past three years. He has been a key factor in the success of the company because to his in-depth knowledge of various industries and client requirements. I wish him success in his new position.
