The study shall look on the extant state of criminal law and its enforcement in India. However, rather than taking a dogmatic view of events, it aims to perspicaciously assess the catena of events layered with criminal law enforcement.


WOMEN AND LAW
We as a team shall initiate in depth research revolving around the women and the extant state of affairs pertaining to their rights, across the nation. The study shall also delve into how their situations changed from worst to better apropos social beliefs, opportunities and empowerment.


IMMIGRATION, NATION AND THE CITIZEN
This project shall posit an extensively researched piece revolving around the formation of today’s India and the role played by our nationalist leaders.
POLITICAL SYSTEM AND OUTLOOK ON IDEOLOGY

An insightful research of different political parties along with a comprehensive analysis of the functioning of the left-wing and right-wing spheres. To spectrum of legal history shall also be glanced at for this study.
INDIA AND HER NEIGHBOURS

India’s neighbourhood is a fairly crooked geographical entity, besides a host of bloody, both, inter-state and civil wars; it has witnessed liberation movements, nuclear rivalry, military dictatorships and continues to suffer from insurgencies, religious fundamentalism and terrorism, leave aside the serious problems associated with drugs and human trafficking. Through our research we shall try cover the cooperation exhibited by India’s neighbours vis-a-vis the conflicts, while laying special emphasis on Indo-China relations.


HUMAN RIGHTS AND THE MINORITIES
The researchers will portray a vivid picture of the history of minorities painted on the canvas of culture, language and religion.

The project shall focus on a wide variety of initiatives undertaken by major countries while conflating with Indian legal framework for environmental law.
Rights of Victims, Prisoners and Arrested Person
Rights of person shall not be confined by walls of the cell, beyond what is mandated by the law. Muscularity cannot overpower the constitutionality.
Indigenous and Cultural Rights of North-East India
Exploring the unexplored cultural and indigenous rights of the secluded North-East. Expounding the settled position in law and propounding the dynamic considerations to suit the present needs.
Integration of Indian States
The formation of today’s India and the colossal roles played by our nationalist leaders.
