- All India Legal Forum reserves all rights to accept or reject any proposal for any event of any organisation.
- For any Media Partnership with the All India Legal Forum, details in the form of flyers, brochures or posters should be mailed at ailfdotin@gmail.com with the subject line “Media Partnership Request”.
- The Media Partnership shall become effective as of the date that when the concerned organisation agreed to follow the rules and regulations as mentioned by the All India Legal Forum in its reply at the trailing mail and shall remain effective until terminated for the breach of rules and regulations.
- Media Partner hereby represents and warrants that any activities or obligations it undertakes in connection with the Media Partnership shall be performed in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including, without limitation, privacy laws and will not engage in fraudulent activity.
- Media Partner acknowledges that in case of any material breach of this Agreement, the All India Legal Forum reserves the right to disclose the Media Partner’s identity and contact information to the applicable law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities or any relevant third party which has been directly damaged by the Media Partner’s actions or lack thereof.
- After receiving the consent of the All India Legal Forum for the Media Partnership, the logo of the All India Legal Forum must be there in all the official posters and brochures of the event and the organisation is required to take prior permission from the All India Legal Forum for reviewing the same before starting the promotion.
- After the approval from the All India Legal Forum, the All India Legal Forum shall commence with the promotion of the organisation’s event.
ALL INDIA LEGAL FORUM
